Delivery & Returns
The majority of our products are currently available from stock on a next working day delivery service. The delivery service available for each product is clearly stated on the product page below the product price.
Our range of absorbents and spill kits are all in stock ready for same-day despatch. Other products can have a lead time of up to 10 working days. Please check each product for an accurate lead time.
Our next working day delivery service is a 9 am-5 pm service via DHL couriers and a signature will be required at the delivery address.
If you place your order before 12 noon Monday-Friday it will be processed the same day.
On certain product lines, we are able to offer additional delivery services including Next Working Day AM (Before 12 noon) & Next Working Day Before 9 AM. Please call our sales team for details on 01777 802359.
Restricted Access At Delivery Address
We are able to arrange delivery on a suitable vehicle for locations where there is restricted access for standard delivery vehicles, for example, an articulated lorry. For locations with narrow access roads, we can organise delivery on a smaller vehicle e.g. 7.5 tonne vehicle.
If your delivery address has restricted access, please let us know before placing your order online or over the phone. If the delivery fails due to access issues that we were not informed of at the time the order was placed, you may be liable for any subsequent re-delivery charges.
We want you to be happy with your purchase and we work closely with our customers to ensure that the products they order are fit for purpose. However, if the products you receive are not as you expected, are faulty or damaged, please contact us and we will be happy to help.
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you may return any products(s) ordered from us within 7 working days after the day you received the product(s).
If you would like to return a product(s) which you have ordered in error or no longer require, you can return it to us and as long as it has not been used and the packaging has been unopened, we can issue a full refund or replacement. You will be responsible for the costs of returning the products in this case.
If you have received a faulty or incorrect product(s), please contact us and we will arrange for a replacement or full refund. We will also cover any costs of returning the product(s) to us.
In all cases, please contact us first before returning your order, as we will need to supply you with the correct returns address. We would also like to assist you to ensure that if a replacement is required, we can advise you on the correct product(s) for your spill requirements.
